Honda Motor Co., Ltd. held its ‘Honda 0 Tech Meeting’ to introduce some of the next generation technologies to be applied to the Honda 0 Series – a completely new EV model range to be launched in the near future for the region. The Honda 0 Series is being developed with new ideas generated from “zero” with a fresh approach to EV development – “Thin, Light, and Wise”.
Honda is celebrating more Red Dot Design Award success after the Saloon, the flagship concept model from the Honda 0 Series, has won the ‘Red Dot: Best of the Best 2024’ award in the Design Concept category. There was also recognition for the Space-Hub, another concept within the Honda 0 Series, which was named within the same category.
Team HRC with Japan Post took the victory at the 45th Coca-Cola Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance with Takumi Takahashi, Teppei Nagoe, and French MotoGP rider Johann Zarco. With this win, Team HRC secured its third consecutive win at Suzuka 8 Hours and it marks Honda’s 30th win in the Japanese round.
Team HRC’s Tim Gajser finally got the overall win at the Loket circuit in the Czech Republic after years of trying, putting in three-one results to spark wild scenes of jubilation amongst the many Slovenian fans. The Slovenian also increased his championship lead to 36 points over his nearest rival.
The Honda Pilot has earned the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's (IIHS) highest accolade, the 2024 TOP SAFETY PICK+ (TSP+) rating. Contributing to its overall rating, the Pilot earned top ratings from IIHS in Crash Worthiness evaluations, in pedestrian front crash prevention and headlight performance. Enhanced rear seat belts in the Honda Pilot also improved second-row passenger protection in IIHS' updated moderate overlap front test.
Oracle Red Bull Racing’s Max Verstappen wrapped up his Formula One world title-winning weekend at the Qatar Grand Prix with a dominant drive around the Losail Circuit to record his 14th victory of the 2023 season. Max Verstappen of Oracle Red Bull Racing, supported by Honda as a Team Partner, won the race. Sergio Perez of the same team finished 10th.

23rd June 2024, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya: Round 10 of the season, Spanish Grand Prix took place at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Max Verstappen of Oracle Red Bull Racing, supported by Honda as a Team Partner, won the race, with Sergio Perez finishing in P8.

Honda Racing UK riders round out TT 2024 with multiple podiums for Dean Harrison, a return to the top five for John McGuinness MBE and a best-ever TT finish for Manxman Nathan Harrison.
After multiple delays, a packed Saturday schedule rounded out the 2024 Isle of Man TT Races, with a shortened two-lap Supersport Race 2 kickstarting the day.
Round 9 of the season, Canadian Grand Prix took place at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve. Max Verstappen of Oracle Red Bull Racing, supported by Honda as a Team Partner, won the race. Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team's Daniel Ricciardo was P8. Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team's Yuki Tsunoda finished P14. Sergio Perez of Oracle Red Bull Racing retired.
